Karen Steffes Homes offers 20 years of professional experience for your stress-free real estate experience. My dedication to continual quality improvement through professional education and community involvement is ongoing. Working in sales/marketing for Fortune 500 and 1000 Companies, my focus has always been in developing leadership skills, honing sales and customer service skills, creating a positive company culture, along with a strong work ethic, and the philosophy that it’s all about you ~ the customer! Everyone is treated with complete respect and professionalism across the board and advocacy for internal and external customer service is always the highest priority.
