We had the opportunity to work with Karen since 2013 to buy 3 houses and sell 2 houses in Cedar Falls. We recently sold a house in Feb 2022 when we were no longer living in Iowa. The house needed a number of repairs and Karen was very helpful recommending contractors and helping to coordinate repairs and upgrades while looking after the house until closing. After the repairs, we listed it for sale and had an offer above asking right away. After that, Karen helped to push across the finish line with paperwork and inspections for closing.
